Nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Georgia mountains, Leyland Hills is a quiet and friendly neighborhood for those ages 55 and above.  

Our homes are designed for comfortable, casual living. While they look similar from outside, each is as unique as their owners.  All have 2 or 3 bedrooms, dining rooms, 2 baths and a patio or deck. Some homes have fireplaces, granite counters, hardwood and office/study space.  

Our neighbors are friendly and we love it here!
